public holidays
Public holidays and public holidays, which vary within Germany, also affect the delivery time of your order and result in delivery being postponed by two working days following the public holiday. This applies to national and international orders.
Taxes, Duties and Customs Duties
For orders shipped outside of the EU, duties, tariffs or other fees may apply. Please note that Skinboom is not responsible for any duties, tariffs or other fees.
Customers are solely responsible for any applicable duties, tariffs, or other charges that may be incurred on international orders.
Easy returns
How does the return work?
You fill out the return form, stating the order number, e-mail and what you are sending us back. The more precisely you fill out the form, the faster and less complicated the return.
You bring your labeled return package to the nearest Packstation or DHL branch and you will then receive a receipt for your return. We will receive notification of your return and arrange for the invoice amount to be refunded as soon as possible after processing.
How long do I have to return something?
You have the option to return your order to us free of charge for 30 days. We just want to give every customer the opportunity to test our products first.
