A. Shipping costs and information
A shipment of the goods is possible by default only to the countries listed below. The shipment is carried out by DHL or by forwarding agency. The respective shipping costs can be found in the table below.
If you would like to have the goods shipped to another country, please send us an e-mail to hello@skinboom.de before placing an order. Please state the article with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and inform you of any shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner in advance about the shipping option and costs.
I. Shipping within Germany:
Within the German mainland we ship free of shipping costs.
II. Shipping outside Germany
We ship free of shipping costs to all countries of the EU as well as to Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). Germany 2-4 business days.
EU, CH, UK 2-8 business days.
We usually ship your order within 24 hours, so you can expect a shipping confirmation email within that time frame! All orders are shipped from Hamburg.
Due to the current situation, there are delays in a few orders. We thank you for your patience and are always ready to support you at hello@skinboom.de.
Holidays
National and regional holidays can affect the delivery date of your order and lead to a delay of delivery by two working days following the holiday. This applies to national and international orders.

PayPal
Only a few steps to payment:
- Select "PayPal" as your payment method at checkout.
- To process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
- If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate the payment.
- If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. For the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal the creation of a PayPal account is not necessary.
- After that you will be redirected back to us (www.xyz.de).
